Insourcing enables trusts to retain capacity planning in house and ensure patients can be seen within the trust or via a remote/virtual consultation if appropriate. We have a large team of highly specialised substantive post-medical consultants, surgeons (including neurosurgeons and consultant orthopaedic surgeons), advanced nurse practitioners, senior lead nurses, HCAs and decon technicians as well as specialist clinical physiologists.
Outsourcing
Totally offers outsourcing services through Pioneer Healthcare, which has been providing outsourcing services in Yorkshire and the Humber since 2016. We offer a range of specialties including orthopaedic treatments, spinal surgery treatments and pain management at locations that are easily accessible and equitable to all patients to help healthcare commissioners and hospitals tackle waiting lists. Pioneer also has a range of extended primary care and secondary care collaborative partnerships to enable prompt treatment of patients and can offer services through its Any Qualified Provider status.
Community Dermatology
Totally provides a range of outpatient and community-based dermatology services on behalf of the NHS. The service provides assessments, diagnoses and treatments of skin conditions, delivered by doctors and nurses who are specialists in skin conditions to speed up access to specialist care and support the reduction of waiting lists.
Referral Management Services
Totally offers its Rapid Specialist Opinion Service to help CCGs and trusts reduce waiting lists by ensuring referrals into specialist health services are right first time. We triage referrals across multiple different clinical specialities including cardiology, dermatology, gastroenterology and gynaecology with proven success in reducing unnecessary elective care referrals, reducing elective admissions and increasing the number of patients supported through other services.
Physiotherapy services
Totally offers a complete service of treatment and advice for musculoskeletal injuries and conditions. Our team of chartered physiotherapists and other medical professionals have expertise in anatomy, physiology and biomechanics to determine how and why injury and pain occur and how to treat them.
