Our GP out-of-hours services across England support almost 200,000 patients every year who have an urgent need and cannot wait until surgery opening hours. Patients are assessed and triaged over the phone and may be referred to the out-of-hours services staffed by our experienced team of doctors, nurses and other healthcare professionals.
